OCS Construction Services, Inc is a full service general contracting firm and certified participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Program, with locations in Riverside and San Diego Counties.
Established in 2013 by Mark A. Vaca, with our combined team of experienced professionals, we perform horizontal and vertical construction for Federal, State and local governments in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Yuma Counties.
With safety being our first priority, and customer satisfaction following, OCS Construction Services, meets or exceeds general expectations for projects performed at competitive prices. OCS has built a sound reputation on safety, quality control, proactive project management, and meeting budget constraints and project timelines.
Our project team expedites every project effectively and accurately to meet the client’s requirements and manages all resources to benefit the client’s needs without sacrificing quality.
