OCS Construction Services, Inc., is a full-service general contractor with specialized experience in vertical and horizontal construction, including tenant improvements, roofing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, asphalt paving, concrete, and landscaping. OCS Construction Services, Inc. is also a certified participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Program, with locations in California, Arizona and Nevada.
